All products are normally distributed within 7 working days of the order being placed.
If either we, or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, RMD Audio will notify you of this possible delay. Please allow 14 days for despatch of goods in this situation.
If this delay extends beyond this 14 day stipulation, you will be immediately notified, and you will have the right to cancel the order and to a refund of the money paid by you for the goods.

Delivery is via our dedicated courier Action Express. We operate on a next day policy once goods are available for despatch. We endeavour to keep you informed of progress regarding despatch, and if there are any delays we will do our best to contact you to keep you updated as to the progress of your package.

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, and it is imperative that suitability and compatibility are confirmed prior to purchase. Should you decide before 30 days from purchase, but BEFORE opening the goods, that they are not suitable, we request you contact us in order to arrange their return, and upon receipt of the goods by RMD we will offer a refund. We cannot offer a refund on the original postage costs. It is highly recommended that the customer returns goods by a suitable carrier by which a proof of delivery can be obtained. Returns unfortunately not complying with these terms will be refused.

We will only accept returns on the basis that the goods are returned in “as-new” condition, and with all associated packing and paperwork. Costs may be incurred for returns that damaged and/or loss of associated items.

If an order is cancelled simply on the basis of a change of mind, RMD Audio reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% total goods value.

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to make a note on the couriers pad or delivery note as to the damage, and notify RMD Audio within 7 days of the delivery receipt.

If the in-correct quantity of goods arrives, it is your responsibility to make a note on the couriers pad or delivery note, and notify RMD Audio within 7 days.

If goods arrive and are the incorrect item, you will need to inform us within 7 days, so we can remedy the situation.

All products are issued under the manufacturers standard warranty terms, which state that any Max Loudspeaker is free from manufacturer defect for 12 months from time of purchase. Should faulty arise from the use ( or mis-use ) of this product, or neglect and abuse causing fault which would not be covered under warranty RMD Audio have no liability to the repair or replacement of the product, and will treat each situation on an individual basis.

If goods arrive and appear to be faulty, RMD Audio must be notified within 7 days. We will then discuss the possible fault and arrange a return should this be the case for replacement. Should there be no fault once RMD Audio have tested the product, we will return it to you, charging for any postage costs and delays we would have incurred ( usually 20% of product cost ). Please allow 14 days for testing and repairs. Should the fault be apparent, a replacement item will be sent to you with no charge of postage.

ALL transactions are undertaken in pounds sterling.

Export of these products are welcomed, and postage and currency conversion rates will be calculated and agreed with the customer at the time of purchase.

All specifications and prices are subject to change due to uncontrollable circumstances. Should this arise, the customer will be informed of any changes at the time and given the option to cancel their order.

Should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing from suppliers or a typographical error, RMD Audio shall have the right to cancel or refuse any order listed at the incorrect price, regardless if the order has been confirmed or not. If you have already been charged for the item, and we cancel the order for the reasons stated above, we will immediately issue a full refund. Unfortunately mistakes do happen!
